Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before Arrival
If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time, you will receive a refund of 80% of the total booking cost.
A 20% administration fee will be retained to cover booking and processing costs.
Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Arrival
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time are non-refundable.
